Strict 21+ Policy: The phlove33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. phlove33 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted at account registration and during KYC processes.
If phlove33 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through a misrepresented registration or any other means — the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation, and all personal data collected in connection with that account will be securely deleted to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory obligations. phlove33's primary data infrastructure is hosted within secure data centres. Where phlove33 engages service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or identity verification services — such transfers are conducted only where appropriate safeguards are in place, consistent with NPC guidance on cross-border data transfers. These safeguards include contractual obligations on the recipient that provide equivalent data protection standards to those applicable in the Philippines.
